Day 01 Cochin
On your arrival, your Kamalan representative will meet you at the airport and accompany you to your hotel to help you check in. You will spend the night here.
Day 02 Cochin – Munnar ( 150 Kms - 4 Hrs )
After breakfast, you will leave for Munnar. On arrival, you will check in to your hotel and have lunch.
After lunch you will visit a tea plantation in Munnar. Tea lovers will be particularly fascinated by the various stages of tea processing. You will also see the local cardamom plantation. Spices have always been an important source of trade for the region, and spices from the region are renowned all over the world.
You will return to your hotel to have dinner and spend the night.
Day 03 Munnar
This morning, you will have lunch and leave for an excursion to a nearby tribal village where you will have a picnic lunch. This will allow you to understand the culture of the local region and give you an insight into the daily lives of the people.
You will return to our hotel and have some free time to relax. You will spend the nigh at your hotel.
Day 04 Munnar
This morning, you will have breakfast and then take a walk through the cardamom planttation. You will return to your hotel for lunch. You will have the evening at leisure and spend the night at your hotel.
Day 05 Munnar – Pallakad ( 270 Kms - 6 Hrs )
After breakfast, you will leave for Pallakad and have lunch along the way. En route you will visit Palakkad fort, also known as Tipu Sultan’s fort. Made of granite, this is one of the best-preserved forts in Kerala. On arrival, you will check in to your hotel. You will have the evening to relax and spend the night at your hotel.
Day 06 Pallakad
This morning, you will have breakfast and leave for a bicycle ride in a spice plantation. You will also explore a cocoa plantation as well as watch the process of rubber tapping.
The soil and climate in this region has been well suited to growing a variety of spices, coffee and rubber and the beauty and aromas of the plantations should not be missed. You will return to your hotel for lunch.
Afterwards, you will take a trek through the plantations in the nearby hills. You will return to you hotel to have dinner and spend the night.
Day 07 Pallakad – Wayanad ( 230 Kms - 5 Hrs )
After breakfast, you will leave for Wayanad. You will check in to your hotel and have lunch. Afterwards, you will visit Kuruva Island. This cluster of islands in the Kabini River is home to evergreen forests, uncommon species of birds, and herbs. This is an ideal spot for nature walks and picnics. You will return to your hotel to have dinner and spend the night.
Day 08 Wayanad
Early this morning you will head to the Muthanga forest in a jeep to catch a glimpse of the wildlife. The Muthunga Wildlife sanctuary is home to a variety of species including elephants, sloth bears, jungle cats, bison and many more.
You will then head back to the hotel for breakfast.
After that you will head to the Eddkal caves. The caves are situated on an ancient trade route between Mysore and the Malabar Coast. It contains carvings that suggest that they were created by civilized prehistoric people. You will return to your hotel for lunch.
Afterwards, you will visit the Pukot Lake. This fresh water lake is the only one of its kind in Kerala, and has boating facilities and a fresh water aquarium nearby. You will then return to your hotel to spend the night.
Day 09 Wayanad – Tellicherry ( 140 Kms - 4 Hrs )
After breakfast, you will head Tellicherry. Tellicherry, on the Malabar Coast, is known as the city of crocket and circuses. It is believed that Indians first played cricket here and that Tellicherry was also the birthplace of the Indian circus.
Once you have checked in to your hotel, you will have lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit Tellicherry fort. The fort was built by the British East India Company in 1708 to fortify their position on the Malabar coast. You will visit Mahe town. This quaint town was a French colony until the 50’s and reflects both Indian and French heritage.
A visit to the Tellicherry spice market is an experience not to be missed! In the evening, you will witness the Theyyam dance, a Hindu ritual of worship. It is considered a great privilege to perform this ritual and the performers hold an esteemed position in the area.
After this you will head back to the hotel where you will spend the night.
Day 10 Tellicherry
This morning you will walk through the local fish markets giving you an insight into the local flavours and customs. You will then head back to the hotel for breakfast.
AThen you will visit the town of Kannur. Known as the land of looms, no visit to Kannur is complete without a visit to a weaving factory. The area is also famous for its beedi (locally rolled cigarette) factories which are the best in the industry.
You will return to your hotel for lunch and have the afternoon free at the pool side. In the evening, you can enjoy the unique drivein beach, perfect for a long walk or drive. You will return to your hotel and spend the night.
Day 11 Tellicherry – Calicut ( 70 Kms - 1 Hrs 30 )
After breakfast, you will leave for Calicut. You will check in to your hotel on arrival and have lunch. Afterwards you will visit the Pazhassiraja Museum that houses a magnificent collection of murals, ancient coins and megalithic monuments.
You will also visit Kappad beach where Vaso de Gama is said to have first arrived from Europe. You will also visit the Mucchandipalli Mosque, built in the traditional Kerala style. You will then return to your hotel and spend the night.
DAY 12 Calicut
After an early morning breakfast, you will head to the aiport to board your flight home.

Day 11 Tellicherry - Neeleshwaram ( 90 kms - 2 Hrs 30 )
After breakfast, you will leave for Neeleshwaram. On arrival, you will check in to your hotel and have lunch. You will have the evening to relax on the beach. Afterwards you will have dinner and spend the night at your hotel.
Day 12 & 13 Neeleshwaram
For the next few days, you can enjoy the beaches around the area. The sandy beaches around Neeleshwaram are a great opportunity to relax and unwind. The local people are also warm and friendly. The area is also famous for the naturopathy centre nearby.
Day 14 Neeleshwaram - Calicut ( 160 Kms - 4 Hrs )
After breakfast, you will head to Calicut.
